Holiday Inn Express Warsaw - Mokotow, an IHG Hotel

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable mattress. Very well connected to the center through tram and bus. Very nice personnel at the reception - they accommodated our special request which was very kind. Tasty Polish crepes and great selection for porridge during breakfast. Good value for money.

Cleanliness in the room, free water, friendly staff, great breakfast options, parking. Shower gel and shampoo were really good!

Lovely hotel. Helpful and nice staff. The flight was delayed and we arrived very late. We were warmly welcomed. However I did notify reception about late check-in time although reception is open 24h. Wonderful breakfast. Nice area at the front of the hotel to sit and eat outside or have a drink in the evening. The hotel and rooms were clean and fresh. I was a bit worried that since it is Holiday Inn Express it will have a lower standard like Ibis Budget. My concerns were not justified! Everything was great and I will definitely stay there again!

I stayed for one night, as my flights were canceled, I arrived at 11 pm and was greeted at the reception by a very nice young man, he checked inme in swiftly. The hotel is very clean, everything is new. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast with a wide selection and high-quality products. The check-out process was fast. They have an iron with an ironing board; they can provide a toothbrush with toothpaste, female hygiene products, as a complimentary service if you didn't have them with you. price-quality ratio.
